Refund PolicyRefunds, store credit, restarts and the 3-month refill, explained case by case.
What happened to your order?
Pick oneWhat do refund, credit, restart and refill mean here?
Every problem with an order ends in one of five outcomes. Each one has a colour, and the same colours are used across this page.
Refund
We send the amount you paid back to you in USDT. It applies when an order never started because of a problem on our side.
Store credit
Instead of a refund, the amount stays with us as credit for your next order. Same cases as a refund; you pick which one you prefer.
Restart
The order is started again once the problem is fixed. It applies when a private, wrong or renamed link blocks delivery. No refund in this case.
Refill
If Real or Mix members drop within 3 months of delivery, we top them up at no cost. You send the order number; a person checks the drop and refills it.
Not refundable
- Orders already in delivery
- Change of mind after start
- Free test orders
How often do orders end in a refund?
Policies are easy to write. Here is what our WooCommerce order records show for every order placed on this site since the first one on 18 December 2019.
Source: order statuses in our WooCommerce store, checked on 25 October 2026. A person reviews every order before it starts, which is where link problems are caught and fixed, so they end in a restart rather than a refund.
Which situations are covered, product by product?
Filter by what you ordered. Each row shows the outcome and what happens next.
Order never started, link was fine
You choose a USDT refund or store credit for the full amount.
Link is private, wrong or was renamed
We restart the order as soon as you send a working public link.
Only part of the order arrived
We deliver the rest of the amount. Partly delivered orders are completed, not partly refunded.
Members dropped within 3 months
Send the order number. A person checks the drop and tops it up.
Members dropped after 3 months
The refill window has ended. A new order is needed to add members again.
Views look lower than ordered
Send the order number and post links. We check the delivery against your order.
Changed your mind after delivery started
Delivery can't be undone once accounts or views start arriving, so the order is completed.
Free 50 members test
No payment is taken. Free orders are Mix quality and have no refill.
How does the 3-month refill guarantee work?
Some accounts leave a channel over time on every service. The refill covers that for Real and Mix members. Drag the marker to see whether an order is still covered.
Days since your order was delivered
The window starts on the delivery date and lasts 3 months.
Covered products
Telegram Real members and Telegram Mix members. Post views and free test orders are not part of the refill guarantee.
What to send
Your order number from the confirmation email and the public link of the channel or group.
Keep the same link
The refill goes to the link in your order. If the channel is now private or renamed, send the new public link with your request.
How do you request a refund or refill?
All requests go through our contact form, and a person answers each one. The message builder below writes the request for you.
Find your order number
It is in the confirmation email sent to the address you used at checkout.
Build your message
Choose what you need on the right. The message fills in the details we ask for, so nothing has to go back and forth.
Send it through the contact form
Paste the message into the form on our contact page. We reply by email to the address you enter there.
How long does a refund take?
Approved refunds are paid in USDT within 7 business days, Monday to Friday. Pick the day your refund was approved to see the latest date it should arrive.
How do you avoid a restart before you order?
Almost every delay we see comes from the link. Tick each item that is already true for your channel or group.
Link readiness
Tick what is already true.
