How do you see, change or delete your data?
Choose what you want. We write the request; you send it through the contact form from the email you used to order, so we can match it to your records.
An order record moves through five stages. It is kept while it is still useful to you or required of us, and no longer.
Stage 1Order placedName, email, link and order details are saved.
Stage 2DeliveryA person checks the order, then delivery runs.
Stage 3 · 3 monthsRefill windowWe need the record to confirm and refill drops on Real and Mix members.

How we protect it
The whole site runs over HTTPS. Payments are handled on Heleket's checkout, and because there are no accounts there are no passwords to leak.
International processing
Our hosting and the services listed in the data map may process data in countries other than yours, under their own privacy terms.
Children
BTM is a service for adults who run Telegram channels and groups. We don't knowingly collect data from children; contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
When this policy changes, we update this page and the date at the top. The version on this page is the one that applies.
Who is responsible for your data?
Buy Telegram Members (BTM), operating buytelegrammember.net, decides how your data is used. Questions and requests go through our contact form. If you think we have handled your data wrongly, you can also complain to the data protection authority where you live.

What do people ask about privacy at BTM?
Q1Does BTM need my Telegram password or login code?
No. We only need the public link of your channel or group. Never share your password or the login code Telegram sends you, with us or anyone else.
Q2What personal data do I give when I order?
Your first name, email address and the public link of the channel or group you want members for. WooCommerce also records your IP address and browser details with the order.
Q3Who is my channel link shared with?
With our fulfilment partner, together with the package size, so the order can be delivered. Your name and email are not part of that transfer.
Q4Does BTM see my crypto wallet?
Payments are processed by Heleket. We receive the payment status and transaction details for your order. We never receive private keys or seed phrases.
Q5Does this site track me with cookies?
No. The only cookies are WooCommerce cart cookies needed for checkout. Your day or night choice is saved in your browser and never sent to us. There are no analytics or advertising trackers.
Q6What happens to the link I enter in the free test?
It is sent to our free-tool service at telegramadviser.com to place the 50 free members, together with your IP address to apply usage limits. A Cloudflare Turnstile check loads only after you start the request, to block bots.
Q7Can I ask BTM to delete my data?
Yes. Send a request through the contact form from the email you ordered with. We delete or anonymise your personal details unless we still need them for a refill, a payment dispute or a legal record.
Q8Do you sell or rent customer data?
No. Data is only passed on where a task needs it: delivery, payment, fonts and the free-test bot check, as shown in the data map.
Q9Will BTM email me marketing messages?
Your email is used for your order emails and our replies to your messages. This policy does not cover any newsletter, and we don't add you to one.
